Any advance payment made during booking will be adjusted in the final bill.
3. Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made 3 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund (if advance was paid).
- Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the trip may attract cancellation charges and may not qualify for a refund.
4. Cancellations by Triptirupathi.com
If we cancel a confirmed booking due to reasons such as vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, a 100% refund of any advance payment will be issued.
5. No-Show Policy
If the passenger is not present at the pickup point at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at booking. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Toll fees, parking charges, or other third-party costs already incurred are strictly non-refundable.
8. Lost & Found (Return Policy)
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. If any item is left in the vehicle, Triptirupathi.com will make reasonable efforts to return it, but we are not liable for lost or unclaimed items.
